HR Assistant for Recruitment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible in attracting and recruiting talents to ensure timely hiring of right fit applicants to fill up manpower vacancies. Expands recruitment connections to ensure continuous flow of applications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Timely and accurately posts manpower vacancies to job portals used for sourcing applicants.
Shortlists and administers initial screening to shortlisted applicants for staff and supervisory positions.
Attends to job fairs to increase flow of applications.
Arranges and coordinates interview schedule of all applicants with concerned interviewers.
Conducts background investigation of shortlisted applicants prior to preparation of Job Offer (JO).
Prepares Job Offer (JO) to shortlisted applicants ( Rank and File and Supervisory positions)
Conducts initial interview with rank and file applicants, informs and updates the requesting department of the result of the initial interview and closely monitors movements of applicants until closure of applications.
Coordinates with shortlisted applicants on completion of pre-employment requirements.
Ensures that newly hired employees (Rank and file & supervisory) are well-oriented of the company policies through conduction of on-boarding orientation before their official start date.
Timely and accurately prepares contracts, job description and Probationary Assessment Form of newly-hired employees and ensures that the same are served/signed by the employee on the first day of employment.
Prepares new employee announcement (Rank and File, Supervisory) and ensures that it’s announced by the receptionist on the first day of the newly-hired employee.
Accurately and timely encodes to AMS e the 201 of Newly Hired employees.
Timely enrolls newly-hired employees to face ID and requests activation from MSD.
Ensures that all pre-employment requirements are complete and properly filed at employee’s 201 file.
Timely issues Company ID and company uniform to newly-hired employees.
Timely requests fotonmail of newly hired employees.
Updates fotonmail of new employee to fotonmail monitoring/masterlist.
Timely updates the fotonmail masterlist/monitoring.
Creates 201 file for newly hired employees.
Endorses newly hired to designated department.
Assists the HR Manager in the preparation and updating of Job Description when needed.
Ensures that all recruitment ISO forms, ISO quality procedures and policies are complied with.
Performs other duties assigned by immediate superior.
EDUCATION

Graduate of Psychology or Human Resources Management or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

With 3 -5 years of experience in human resources / administrative department focus in Recruitment

KNOWLEDGE

– Knowledgeable in general HR functions; research methodology; organizational structure and organizational assessment

SKILLS

-Computer Literate; Above average oral and written communication skills; Presentation skill.

Marketing Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible in developing effective marketing techniques to promote and analyze brand performance. Conducts research and evaluates new products in the market.

Responsibilities:

1. Keeps himself updated of the current market competition.
2. Ensures that the brand is represented in every customer touch point
a. Merchandise
i. Recommend new merchandise
ii. Maintain inventory of merchandise items
b. Literatures (brochures/ banners/ leaflets/ price list)
c. Advertisement – in coordination with Marketing Team for Advertising
d. Events and Activations – in coordination with Marketing Team for Events
3. Monitors brand performance (monthly)
a. Sell-in: sales to dealers
b. Sell-out: sales to customers
4. Regularly monitors and maintains a benchmarking of all products vs. other brands of similar products (quarterly)
a. Research about competitors – products, pricing, specs, promos, branches, etc
b. Attend exhibits to benchmark execution ideas of product lines
c. Visit competitor showrooms
d. Conducts market research and analysis (National and regional data)

EDUCATION

Graduate of a 4 year course preferably Marketing

EXPERIENCE

With 1-2 years of marketing experience in automotive or service oriented organizations.

KNOWLEDGE

– Knowledge of market research, communication methods, analysis

SKILLS

– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
– Strong writing and communication skills
– Advanced skills in media & public relations
– Project Management
– Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw applications
– Driving skills preferred but not necessary

Dealer Development Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible for managing the ongoing development of the company’s dealer network by ensuring that its dealer organization provides the facilities according to corporate standards.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages the development, implementation and administration of programs and standards designed to enhance the image of the Dealer Network including the coordination and administration of the corporate identity standards.
