FOTON Philippines in coordination with the Provincial Government of Pampanga, donated a brand new FOTON Blizzard 4×2 Pick-up to PNP-CIDG as part of their FOTON TOTAL CARE Program. The following were present during the turnover of the vehicle: Police Superintendent Marlon Madrid, Police Superintendent Ismael Casis Fernandez, Pampanga Governor Lilia Pineda, UAAGI President Mr. Rommel Sytin and Col. Bernard Perez.
