FOTON Philippines is leveraging the Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) from April 5 to April 8, 2018 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City to exhibit the power of their Blue Energy engines, passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as the test drive experience of their freshest automatic SUV and Toano van.
Vehicles propelled by Blue Energy are Euro IV compliant, and powered by a Cummins ISF turbocharged intercooled diesel engine that uses an electronic high-pressure Bosch common rail direct fuel injection (CRDi) system and an electronic gas recirculation exhaust system with a diesel oxidation catalyst for better emissions.
For their indoor display area, FOTON showcased its recently-launched Tornado M4 F-Van light duty truck, Traveller van, Toano EX van, Toplander 4×2 A/T SUV, Thunder 4×2 A/T pick-up truck and the customized Toano Limousine.

It also has seatbelt reminder, 3-point ELR seatbelts, child safety locks, dual airbags, central control lock, and LED 3rd brake light. In terms of power, the Traveller has a 2.8L 4-cylinder turbo-charged diesel engine that can produce 130 hp and 280 Nm of torque, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
