“Up for a Bigger Challenge”, coined from their recently-launched SUV Toplander’s catchphrase, was this year’s theme for FOTON Philippines’ Dealers’ Appreciation Night held last January 20 at EDSA Shangri-La, Mandaluyong City.
The event served as the company’s expression of gratitude and recognition of achievements of its dealers who all shared relevant contributions which led to FOTON’s apparent development in its position in the automotive industry.
Dealer principals, general managers, sales managers and sales executives from various dealerships nationwide engaged in the most-awaited gathering. Special awards were presented to qualified participants who attained target sales and provided commendable customer satisfaction through their offered services. Out of 18 dealerships, the night’s most prestigious honor – the Dealer of the Year Award, was bagged by FOTON Cavite.
From its impactful emergence last year, FOTON Cavite has incessantly guaranteed admirable service to numerous clients which made them clinch more major trophies during the ceremony. Such are Recognition for Fleet Sales, Parts Team of the Year, Service Team of the Year, Best in Passenger Vehicle for Retail Sales, Best in Light-Duty Trucks for Retail Sales and Best in Light-Duty Trucks for Wholesale – all for the NCR-Luzon territories. The awards were received by FOTON Cavite’s dealer principal, Mr. Nicasio Octavo and general manager, Ms. Benjie Adriano.
FOTON Cebu and FOTON Balintawak were also acknowledged for their remarkable operations in sales and service, being the Dealer of the Year 1st and 2nd runners-up, respectively.
In the past year, FOTON Philippines has reached a sales volume of 3, 892 units for the entirety of their product lines. Its identity as a sought-after brand of high-quality commercial vehicles and services persistently instigates through the proliferation of new dealerships in diverse strategic locations all over the country. “We remain resolute in actively and aggressively gaining more partners because we do not want to merely add to our dealership network but rather, we want to multiply.” says FOTON Philippines’ Executive Vice President, Ms. Anna Maria Parado.
The company’s expansion becomes more evident as FOTON is expected to inaugurate new dealerships in Quezon Avenue; Pasong Tamo; Marilao; Santa Rosa, Laguna; Batangas City and Camarines Sur this year.
