    Experience:

    With 2-4 years of marketing experience in automotive or service oriented organizations. Preferably with experience in Marketing events management

    Knowledge:

    Knowledge of market research, communication methods, analysis
    Must know how to speak chinese mandarin or Fujian

    Skills:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
    Strong writing and communication skills

Service Advisor – HBD Davao

  • Major Responsibilities:
    • Gives excellent customer service to clients.
    • Welcomes and greets clients upon their visit to the dealership
    • Attends to the customer concern/s regarding their units
    • Maintains good customer relations and handles service customer complaints.
    • Communicates to Service Supervisor and Service Technicians harmoniously.
    • Opens the repair order and discusses to the client the things that should be done to their unit.
    • Diagnoses the vehicle and recommends necessary repair of the unit of clients or coordinate with Technicians on difficult problems or concerns.
    • Prepares accurate estimate of the requested repairs/services.
    • Makes the final invoice, discusses to the client what has been done, and releases the unit.
    • Conducts final inspection of the vehicle prior to the completion of the Job Order.
    • Coordinates the estimated time of completion to the customers.
    • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

 

  • Graduate of a Mechanical Engineering of any related 4 years Course
  • With 1-2 years experience in Automotive Industry
  • Good in Oral and written Communication and Customer Handling skills

Marketing Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities for a wide variety of events at different location/areas.
2. Responsible for booking events and reserving venues/facility space.
3. Responsible for preparation of proposals, permits, reports, cost estimates, and other documents pertinent to the event.
4. Sources, negotiates and coordinates with suppliers and contractors.
5. Communicates event requirement, including technical, physical set up and other marketing materials as needed.
6. Oversees the event from ingress, event day, up to egress.
7. Provides support for marketing events and exhibitions and other related marketing activities.
8. Updates and maintains marketing department’s documents.
9. Assists in the Ad Monitoring (Print, Radio, OOH and other approved contracts).
10. Performs other related tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Fleet Sales Officer

Must have at least 2 years experience in fleet sales management gained from Automotive Industry
– Must be a graduate of BS Marketing, Business Administration and other related courses

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsible for the development and retention of FOTON dealers Fleet Accounts.
Acts as a consultant to dealers on their fleet business activities.
Coordinates closely with dealers on Sales concerns.
Coordinates with Marketing team for marketing support, collaterals and materials for all Foton Dealers Fleet related requirements
Reports weekly actual sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections
Monitors closely competitors’ sales & product strategies, campaigns and events to optimise market share.
Manages accounts excellently to increase sales to existing guests/organizations
Develops and evaluates programs related to fleet transactions to achieve higher closing rates
Establishes and maintains long term business partnerships with FOTON dealerships clients in order to leverage future transactions
Identifies and exceeds needs of Dealers by providing in-depth advice and service.
Works closely with Foton Chinese counterpart in capturing new fleet accounts.
Studies the market share of competitors’ per region for dealer’s guidance.
Achieves all assigned Key Result Areas (KRA’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Performs other duties assigned by immediate superior.
