IMPEX ASSISTANT

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitors update and status of orders to suppliers (foreign).
2. Encodes new contract and updates status to AMS per contract.
3. Monitors Engine and VIN Information, stencils and pictures of the units to suppliers.
4. Sends Engine and VIN Information to Vehicle Registration Team for assigning of FOTON Nos.
5. Coordinates with suppliers and local forwarder for the quotation and booking of shipments.
6. Prepares freight comparison for approval.
7. Requests of BOI (Board of Investment) to in-charge department.
8. Checks and reviews shipping documents.
9. Sends shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, engine & VIN information with FOTON Nos. and pictures of units to Broker and concerned department.
10. Coordinates with the broker and concerned department for the release of the units from customs.
11. Reviews billing from Brokerage and local forwarder before forwarding to Accounting Department for payment processing.
12. Updates of freight charges and analysis.
13. Responsible in weekly shipment updates.
14. Updates ordered and received units.
15. Submits documents to BIR compliance.
16. Updates shipping charges.
17. Posts of Units to Journal Voucher such as:
a. Passenger Vehicles
b. Light Duty Trucks
c. Heavy Duty Trucks
d. Heavy Equipments
18. Responsible in issuance of All Marine Shipments.

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Marketing Assistant

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primarily responsible in assisting Marketing events management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans, organizes, and coordinates activities for a wide variety of events at different location/areas.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

PRIMARY FUNCTION
